These are some pictures of when I visited schools in Costa Rica and taught Kindergarten in Nassau, Bahamas. Through my travels, I have become interested in becoming certified to teach English as a Second Language. With this goal in mind, I designed ELL Kinder Kids!
My wiki is designed to be a tool that teachers, parents, students, and members of the community can use to learn more about second language learners. It contains important information on the education legislation regarding ELL, as well as helpful strategies on how to meet the needs of ESL learners in your classroom. This wiki is specifically geared towards early childhood English Language Learners (ELL); however, there is helpful information for anyone interested in English as a Second Language (ESL). Enjoy!
